The only difference is your preferred level of coaching. With three options to choose from, I am sure you will find one to fit your budget and training goals.

Step 2: Sign-up

As soon as you sign-up on or website or by email me, I will contact you to begin writing your training plan.

Step 3: Start Training and Rest Assured

Your training plan is guaranteed to get you to the finish line healthy and faster than you thought possible. When you have questions or get nervous about the race, you have an expert on your side.

Step 4: Have fun

Stay tuned for all the group runs, training clinics, and training articles that answer your questions.

All of the template schedules are course specific and meticulously designed and hand crafted by me – no computer programs or fancy algorithms, just hundreds of hours of finely honed coaching experience. With 3 different training level categories (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), and plenty of options within each category, 5 at the time of this writing, I am positive we’ll have a schedule that works for you.

If you can’t find a schedule that you feel works for your level of fitness, please don’t hesitate to let me know so I can get a plan created.

The Personalized Coaching is designed for beginners who need a personalized schedule to help them transition into training for a race, veterans looking to breakthrough plateaus, or runners with very busy schedules who need a training plan custom fit for them.

The personalized schedule is hand created to fit your specific running background, current fitness, and goals.

How does it work? First, we have a consultation, on the phone or via email to review your current and past training (whichever method works best for you). During this consultation, I help you set goals as well as take into account your outside time requirements so I can fit the training plan around your life and schedule to ensure that you will be successful.

After our consultation, I will have the full schedule written for you within 24 hours. You can review, make comments, provide suggestions, and ask as many questions as you need. I want to ensure that the schedule I write works for you. To be successful, a training plan should be something you believe in, understand, and that is in synch with your goals, ability level and time commitments.
